Peder Holm (b. 1926)

Peder Holm is a composer, who studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen from 1945 to 1947. He became director of the Academy of Music at Esbjerg in 1954 and held that position until 1977. He was the initiator and conductor of Vestjysk Symfoniorkester, Esbjerg in 1967. His works include chamber operas, concertos, orchestral and chamber music, songs. He has also composed a comprehensive production of educational music.
