Morten Danielsen


Morten Danielsen was a Danish composer who studied with Ib Nørholm and Ivar Frounberg. He recieved his diploma at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in 1997 and received several grants and scholarships throughout his career. Amongst others, the Danish Arts' three-year stipend in 1999 and the Hakan Børreson grant in 2001. Danielsen's music belongs mostly to the chamber music family, but there is almost always use of electronics and the title as well as the scenic organisation are important factors in the musical construction.
