Eva Noer Kondrup was the first woman to study composition at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, where she started her studies in 1991 with Niels Rosing-Schow and Ivar Frounberg as her teachers.
She tells about her fascination with notes as signs, about composing by throwing a dice and about interpreting laces as the unwritten music of women.
