In February the album Miniatures is released, following up on the critically acclaimed Disappearer from 2024. Miniatures, presents a musical universe shaped by both light and dark, where an apparent innocence conceals uncanny shadows. Miniatures is recorded by Athelas Sinfonietta, Scenatet, and EKKI MINNA, and demonstrates why Mads Emil Dreyer is one of the most refined Danish composers right now.
Dacapo Records invites you to celebrate the new release at Koncertkirken, where you can experience an artist talk with Mads Emil Dreyer, percussionist Lorenzo Colombo and music journalist Andrew Mellor. We will listen to excerpts from the new recording, and also enjoy a live performance by Lorenzo Colombo.
