Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

2011 has been a wonderful year.

A lot has happened and we - as a company - have grown and developed both artistically and business wise.

We have had many great successes – such as the collaboration between Simon Christensen and Bill Morrison on ‘TRIBUTES – Pulse’, performances by our talented composers at various festivals such as STRØM Festival, Suså Festival, Ultima Festival, Nordic Music Days, Wien Modern, Wundergrund, Tage Für Neue Musik and Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, and our first artist-in-residence Anne La Berge.

We have welcomed new composers – Steingrimur Rohloff and Kasper Rofeldt, said goodbye to Sunleif Rasmussen and signed our first artist duo Klejs & Rønsholdt.

Lastly, but not least – we have changed our name and company profile! Out with the old, and in with the new. With the new name came a brand new website and graphic identity, and later on a Twitter profile! We have changed our focus to more cutting edge, experimenting art music and are absorbed by interdisciplinary art and experimenting collaborations.

None of this would have been possible without our composers, partners, colleagues and friends. So a big thank you goes out to everyone who has worked with us the past year.

We wish all of you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year!

We look forward to seeing everyone again for another exciting year in 2012!

Best wishes,
From all of us at Edition·S – music¬sound¬art

Klaus, Christine, Rudiger, Unni, Kat,
Carl-Albert, David, Dot and Sandra
